Position Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Conduct assessments and screenings with adult and adolescent offenders to evaluate treatment needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.

Develop, implement, monitor, and document offense-specific treatment plans.

Provide group, individual, and family therapy for adult and juvenile offenders.

Facilitate coordination of care, including case reviews, therapeutic interventions, and treatment progress updates.

Utilize standardized risk assessment tools to assist with treatment planning and case conceptualization.

Collaborate with probation officers, case managers, referral sources, and family members to support a multisystemic treatment approach.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Work with a diverse caseload that may also include non-offender behavioral health clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in a mental health or behavioral health field.
-
Current licensure through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE).

Independently Licensed Clinicians strongly preferred.
-
Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply.

Clinical supervision toward independent licensure available.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Applicants should ideally have:
-
At least 2 years of experience working within the specialty areas identified above.

Experience providing treatment to adults and/or juveniles with histories of sexually abusive or problematic behaviors.

Working knowledge of evidence-based practices in offender treatment, including cognitive behavioral and motivational approaches.

Experience working with court-involved individuals and systems.

(LISAC applicants must also possess a qualifying master’s-level license.) -
Associate-licensed applicants may be considered based on demonstrated training and experience.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
High end of compensation range reflects either addition of bonuses or Licensed Psychologist.
